Fax Data

Facsimile Campaigns are sometimes too quickly dismissed based on the individuals’ personal opinion that because they see the faxes as a nuisance, they assume that the rest of the business world is of the same opinion. When the fact of the matter is, if the Fax campaigns didn’t provide healthy ROI then they would no longer exist as a form of marketing medium. Here at DMC we work very closely with our suppliers to ensure that the data is not only scanned against all relative suppression file to ensure that our clients are above board but we also have automatic removal software. This removes any faxes received on our opt-out number automatically and thus ensures that we do not continue to send faxes to prospects who have requested to be removed.
Faxing is not the correct form of marketing for all products and so if we aren’t convinced that faxing has a potential to your target audience then we’ll advise you to a more suitable for of marketing.

The result of these processes is that our campaigns return the highest possible response rates and in turn return custom from our clients.
