Facsimile Campaigns are sometimes too quickly dismissed based on the individuals’ personal opinion that because they see the faxes as a nuisance, they assume that the rest of the business world is of the same opinion. Here at DMC we work very closely with our suppliers to ensure that the data is not only scanned against all relative suppression file to ensure that our clients are above board but we also have automatic removal software. This removes any faxes received on our opt-out number automatically and thus ensures that we do not continue to send faxes to prospects who have requested to be removed.
